Delivery
At this stage we only make deliveries within South Africa
We aim to dispatch all orders received within 1 working day of The Bra Guru confirming acceptance of your order by email. This is subject to stock availability and we will inform you within this time frame if any of your items are unavailable.
Our charge is R 50 for a local Johannesburg delivery or R 100 for deliveries outside of Johannesburg. We make use of an out-source Courier service.
You should receive delivery within 7 working days from the time that we ship your order
Please ensure that you provide the correct delivery information, as follows;
- Physical delivery address where someone will be available to sign for the courier
- A phone number where you can be contacted during normal business hours.
When you order is shipped, we will forward to you the Courier’s waybill number in order for you to track your parcel.
Returns Policy
The Bra Guru has taken every care to ensure that our products have been shipped/supplied to you in good order and we hope you will be happy with these. However, for hygiene reasons underwear (briefs) are exempt from normal and distance selling rules and as such cannot be returned unless faulty. We, therefore, do not offer refunds unless a product is faulty, however, bras may be exchanged for another size if they have not been worn and are returned in a saleable condition with all tags and labels as well as packaging intact.
Alteration Services
By requesting and proceeding with alterations on any garments purchased from our store, customers acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions, including the no-return policy for altered garments.
Please contact us at taryn@thebraguru.co.za to advise us of your return and full details of why the bra(s) is being returned.
Faulty Goods
The Bra Guru will only refund or replace faulty items when notified of the fault within 21 days of your purchase. If you consider the items are faulty, please send us a message to taryn@thebraguru.co.za before returning any goods to us. In your message state your name, order number, contact number and the error or fault. We will arrange for collection of the item(s) by our Courier from you – please note that the products must be returned in the box or protective packaging which the order was received by you.
Once the item(s) have been received by us they will be examined to ensure that we concur with the fault as advised by you.
Based on our examination of the returned item(s) we will advise you of our findings and if all is in order a replacement item(s) will be shipped to you at no cost to you.
