How much do you charge for bra fittings?
There is no charge for your fitting.
We do however charge a fee for online bra fittings, which then gets deducted off the cost of the bra you decide to order.
How long does a bra fitting take?
A fitting can take anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes.
What if I am not happy with my bra after purchase?
We do guarantee our fit and we want you to love your bra. It is normal for a bra to be a bit uncomfortable for the first few days of wear, we call this the Wearing in Period, like anything new it needs to soften and mould to your body, this can take anywhere from 2 days to 2 weeks, but if you are unsure please do not hesitate to contact us.

Do you accept walk-ins or do I have to book?
We do accept walk-ins at our Craighall studio.
However, appointments need to be made at our Randpark Ridge, Cape Town & Bela-Bela studios.

How do I find my correct bra size?
In order to find your correct size, we recommend that you come in for a Free Bra Fitting. Please CLICK HERE to book.
For Ladies who are unable to come in, we also offer online zoom, skype or WhatsApp bra fittings. If you would like to book your online bra fitting please email taryn@thebraguru.co.za to arrange.

When will you open a studio in my area?
We currently have studios in Craighall (Randburg), West Rand (Randpark Ridge), Cape Town (Western Cape) & Bela-Bela (Limpopo).
We would love to grow the number of distributors we currently have.

How do I have my bra measurement if I am shy?
We have to do the measurement to ensure it is correct. We assure you that the bra measuring process is very discreet and you keep your bra on. Once we have your measurement you can try on the new bra in the privacy of the fitting room.
