Do you know if you are wearing the correct bra? Are you having a love-hate relationship with your bra? We have the solution for you! It breaks my heart when I hear a client saying her bra is uncomfortable, knowing these quick checks will help you discover that you may be in the wrong size.
Here are 4 quick checks to know for sure:
1. Your Bra Band
Your bra band is the band that goes around your body, is riding up you back. This is going to cause all types of discomfort, from backaches to headaches, especially if you have a larger cup size, you may also notice your straps slip off your shoulders constantly. This is because your band is just too big and offering you little or no support.
2. Are Wires Poking You?
When you are in your right cup size you should never feel your wire, if your cup is too small the wire will dig into the delicate breast tissue, definitely not very uncomfortable, if your cup is too big then the wire will sit to high in your middle gore.
3. Bras Have A Life Span
The older a bra gets the more it begins to get uncomfortable, better quality brands will last longer, but you should look at replacing the bra you wear often within 12-18 months.
4. Style Matters
Bra style plays a huge role in the comfort factor. If you are uncomfortable in your current style, you need to see what other options are available to you.
